an awful day today

preparation tasks are going well but as we get deeper we are finding more issues and some of them are pretty significant.

We worked at the office until 11 pm tonight and just ordered pizza in. I worked a little bit more once I got back to the hotel.

So - very tired and a bit cranky and I am going to bed! Hopefully better news tomorrow and things will come together more.
